IDENTITY POLITICS AND THE GROWING CULTURAL RIFT IN AMERICA

21st Century Bugman
by Sloan Kettering

The demographic change among the American electorate has many political consequences for how campaigns are run. Growing partisanship coupled with ideological radicalization of the parties is a result not only of the browning of America, but also a geographic and cultural schism in society. This essay will revisit the 2016 presidential election, dissecting the underlying war of cultures with a particular focus on the elements of identity politics relevant to Hillary’s defeat.

DONALD TRUMP ISN'T YOUR DADDY, AND HE CAN'T FIX WHAT'S BROKEN IN AMERICA

Originally published here in October, 2016. Relevant again in the light of renewed Trump skepticism.

by Jack Donovan

British journalist Milo Yiannopoulos frequently refers to Donald Trump as “daddy.”

Milo introduces himself as, “the most fabulous supervillain on the Internet,” so calling a Presidential candidate “daddy” is consistent with his own quirky brand of camp conservatism.

I don’t know of anyone else who calls Trump “daddy.” But when I see my peers caught up in stadium-style slave wave that is ready to crown a shifty, wheeling and dealing New York City businessman as America’s savior and “emperor god-king”…

…“daddy” does seem uncomfortably appropriate.

PODCAST 51: THE YEAR OF THE FROG

Colin and Andy are joined by Alt-Right stalwarts Richard Wolstencroft and Alex Fontana to take a long look back at the "Current Year" that will soon be no more. Among many topics discussed are Bowie, Brexit, Trump, the Alt-Right, and the nature of Capitalism. Will Trump live up to the hopes placed in him, or will he disappoint? All this and more in the final Alt-Right podcast of 2016, a remarkable and revolutionary year. Onward and upwards to 2017!

REDDIT "ASK ME ANYTHING" INTERVIEW WITH COLIN LIDDELL

On November 11th, Alternative Right's Chief Editor Colin Liddell fielded an "Ask Me Anything" on Reddit. Here are the questions and answers.
A still from one of Liddell's recent "Omega Man" inspired videos

Fratrick_Swayze:
What event or series of events red-pilled you into the Alternative Right?

Colin Liddell: Being born. Prior to that I was living in a wonderful Socialistic welfare state called the Womb. Then I met my brothers...More seriously I grew up (ages 5 to 11) in South Africa, then a relatively traditionalist White dominated state (no TV or porn), then came back to a Leftist dominated Britain with its various social problems. That gave me a strong rightist slant, but politically I had to wait for the rise of the BNP in the early zeroes to start seeing things in a way beyond my immediate situation.

PODCAST 50: MAKING ELECTIONS GREAT AGAIN

Holocaust historian David Cole Stein and Australian filmmaker Richard Wolstencroft join Alternative Right editors Andy Nowicki and Colin Liddell to discuss the most exciting Presidential election ever, and consider how Trump will or will not change the World.

VIDEO: THE ALT-RIGHT AND THE TRIUMPH OF TRUMP

2016 is the answer to 2008: A couple of days after Donald Trump's narrow but momentous election victory, Alternative Right's Chief Editor Colin Liddell reflects on the US Presidential election and how it would not have been possible without the Alt-Right's attack on political correctness, the proliferation of social media and memes, the Syrian refugee crisis, and Brexit. He also looks ahead at the demographic threat still facing White America, and the possible impact of the "Trump Effect" on European elections in the coming months.

THANK YOU, MADAME SECRECTARY

The dialectic of politics.

We on the Alt-Right are decent people, and what's more we can respect a worthy opponent, even if we disagree with her 1,488%. So, with the defeat of Hillary Clinton, we will remain gracious in victory.

We will not, alas, drag her out from some drainage ditch in a scorpion-infested desert and bugger her with knives and assault rifles until she is dead, as happened to one of her former political opponents. No, that's not who we are, America. Hillary can safely toddle off to her retirement home in the sure and certain knowledge that the Alt-Right―and President Trump―will magnanimously allow her to eke out her days in a halo of hairspray as the grande dame of what might-have-beens.

MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN Vs. MAKE EVERYWHERE GREAT AGAIN

Enjoying the election?

As I write, it's actually Tuesday morning here in Japan, so technically it's now election day, and as the Poet put it, "see the front o' battle lour."

Armageddon is here, with the unfuckable Whore of Babylon and her evil minions on one side and the All-Conquering Emperor of Kek on the other. Yes, in terms of edge-of-the-seat, white-knuckle-ride excitement, it's certainly an improvement on 2012's Rombama yawnfest in the same way that WWII was a marked improvement on the rather static and dreary WWI.

TRUMP, THE PROVIDENTIAL LOUT: GOD'S DEMAGOGUE?

Those who believe in Providence will attest that it is a wondrous thing. Often it sees to it that our faults, shortcomings, and vices wind up serving the greater good, quite contrary to our intentions and expectations.

In such a manner, I believe, Providence might presently be working through Donald J. Trump, to all appearances a vain, egotistical, arrogant, imprudent, and irascible blowhard whose very character deficiencies are currently enabling him to take a heroic stand against unfathomable corruption and unspeakable evil, in a context in which men of a less problematic temperament might feel tempted to roll over, knuckle under, and plead no mas!”

DONALD TRUMP DELIVERS A GETTYSBURG ADDRESS

Coming on the wings of a campaign rebound, Donald Trump gave the media the detail that it wanted months ago, but now has very little room to attack.

Speaking at a historical American battleground and symbol of the Civil War that formalized the division between liberal cosmopolitan cities and practical, realistic heartlands, Trump tackled present-day divisions in the nation. He mentioned being inspired by Lincoln, the president who (in theory) held the nation together.

VIDEO: TRUMP RISING

It was supposed to be a done deal, and ten years ago it would have been, but the rise of the alternative media and heroes like Julian Assange and James O'Keefe have scuppered the establishment's plans to hand the Presidency to Hillary Clinton in return for the usual ragbag of favours and exemption from threats. Here Styxhexenhammer666, a popular vlogger on the fringes of the Alt-Right, gives an insightful analysis of a Clinton campaign slowly bleeding to death.

VIDEO: ELECTORAL AFTERMATH

Right now, with all eyes focused on the electoral dogfight between Trump and Hillary, less thought is being given to the likely outcomes of each candidate's victories. Alternative Right Chief Editor Colin Liddell considers how each scenario could play out, and which candidate would move things most in the direction of the Alt-Right and the more fundamental changes we believe in.

"GRAB 'EM BY THE PUSSY" VS. "GRAB 'EM BY THE UTERUS"

Miley Cyrus, lunching on a truncheon.

As America's elites have become increasingly detached from the core of the country, the oligopoly that has been running the state since the beginning has become increasingly reliant on "gaslighting" the public by mass media saturation and distortion.

But the stubbornness of the Trump campaign is proving dangerous to the established order because it is forcing them to show their hand and reveal their methods to an increasing number of people, who have been economically, emotionally, and now racially primed to see the manipulation that is under way.

DONALD TRUMP WINS SECOND PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE

Watching presidential debates has become surreal. It is somewhat disturbing that everyone seems to speak slowly and with difficulty, as if they were having mental confusion problems, with the exception of Donald Trump and Anderson Cooper.

More disturbing is the seeming anticipation and gratitude that people display for being told lies. They seem to hunger for them, thirst for them. Then again, lies are always easier to digest than truth. The dark side of democracy has never been so clear. The members of the public chosen for the townhall style question-and-answer seemed either cynical to one or both candidates, or clueless with glowing faces, wanting to hear what Uncle Santa was going to bring them.

PODCAST 49: THE ALT-RIGHT FUCKS YOU IN THE PUSSY

Richard Wolstencroft and Ann Sterzinger join Colin Liddell to discuss the Second Presidential Debate between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.

Among the points raised are "pussygate," Trump's tendency to shaft the little guy, Bill Clinton's trail of "battered pussies," the heterosexuality of the Alt-Right, Wikileaks' prick teasing, Trump's tendency to drop Jewish names, the predictability of the October surprises, and why it's not a good idea to talk into a hot pussy.

PODCAST 48: HILLARY CLINTON SHINES A LIGHT ON THE ALT-RIGHT

Andy Nowicki and Colin Liddell discuss Hillary Clinton's recent speech attacking the Alt-Right and attempting to link us to Donald Trump. Have we really taken over the Republican Party, and are we part of a "vast right-wing conspiracy." involving the likes of David Duke, Nigel Farage, Alex Jones, and a large green frog — all controlled by Vladimir Putin?

What does this say about the state of Hillary's campaign and her mental health? Is she really looking to start WWIII or is she merely trying to reach out to a few cuckservatives and neocons by using Cold War and McCarthyite rhetoric?

HILLARY: HOW I DESTROYED DONALD TRUMP AND THE ALT-RIGHT

The party is over. Hillary has spoken. Here is what she said, with appropriate links and illustrations.
Clintons attacked by giant red pills.

Thank you, Reno! It’s great to be back in Nevada…My original plan for this visit was to focus on our agenda to help small businesses and entrepreneurs. This week we proposed new steps to cut red tape and taxes, and make it easier for small businesses to get the credit they need to grow and hire. Because I believe that in America, if you can dream it, you should be able to build it. We’ll be talking a lot more about our economic plans in the days and weeks ahead.

But today, I want to address something I hear from Americans all over our country. Everywhere I go, people tell me how concerned they are by the divisive rhetoric coming from my opponent in this election. It’s like nothing we’ve heard before from a nominee for President of the United States.

VOTE NO CONFIDENCE!

As bad as the Star Wars prequels were, I could almost kiss George Lucas for re-introducing the American public to the idea of a “No confidence” vote.

The other day I read a commenter somewhere musing that, because it’s so difficult for a third party to get any traction in the US presidential election, there should be a “NO” option: everyone should have the choice of saying they don’t like either of the choices they’ve been given. If more people vote NO than vote red or blue, then both major parties have to scrap their candidates and start over.

CONTEMPLATING THE ELECTION: SIX CRITERIA TO CLARIFY TRUMP VERSUS HILLARY

"I paid my money to the Clinton Foundation. You owe me the presidency. We had a deal, lady."

The US election has now entered its final stage, the battle between Trump and Hillary. Thanks to the insurgent nature of Trump's campaign, we are now in unfamiliar territory. We have never had anything quite like this before. For this reason, it is extremely difficult to say how things will pan out and who will win. Looked at one way, it must be Trump, but, looked at from another angle, suddenly Hillary looks certain to be installed as President by the powerful forces backing—and presumably controlling—her (right now cooked polls are putting her seven points ahead). In short, the overall picture is confusing.

SHOCK NEWS: MAN WHO IS MORE LIKABLE LIKED MORE THAN WOMAN WHO IS LESS LIKABLE

Those of us who were right about Trump are starting to become a new species of bore. Since last Summer, I have been confidently telling everyone around me that Trump would beat the rest of the Republican field and then move on to wipe the floor with whoever the Democratic Party threw up – "Horrible" Hillary or "Bonkers" Bernie (all the time being pretty confident that it would be Hillary). Now the latest polls are starting to show this pattern with Trump pulling ahead of Hillary in head-to-heads. Yes, people are starting to get sick of hearing how right I was.
