Recently an attempt was made to kill a retired Russian double spy, living in the UK, by using a "chemical agent." Godfrey Bloom, a former MEP for UKIP, blows apart the British government's hastily-arrived-at view that Vladmir Putin is behind this by pointing out that the Russians have much to lose, while others have much to gain from such an act.
