Michael Jones, an important Catholic critic of American society, well known for his book The Slaughter of Cities, which details the post-war destruction of America’s White ethnic neighbourhoods and communities as a deliberate policy by WASP and Jewish elites.

Among many subjects discussed are the rigged political system, suburbanization as social control, the Black-Jewish alliance, Hollywood, and the rise of Donald Trump.

The maturation of the “Me Generation” who brought us the shift to liberal-leaning regimes across the West received little coherent exposition before this book. However with Bobos In Paradise: The New Upper Class and How They Got There, David Brooks explicates the rise of BOBOs — “bourgeois bohemians” — as a fusion of 1960s values and 1980s methods.

In exploring this fusion, Brooks carefully and humorously reveals the underpinning of the ideological motivation of these people, which is 1968 itself — albeit tempered with a taste for what we hoped won the Cold War, which is the cornucopia of the fruits of personal liberty and free markets. the “bourgeois bohemians” are actually hybrids of yuppies and hippies.

This group appeared in the 1990s and that is where Brooks centers his book. In his view, they came to power as a replacement for the old WASP hierarchy in America. While that ancient regime operated by knowing the right people, and having the right family, this new regime accelerates those who have the right education, the right careers and the right beliefs and lifestyle choices. Brooks shows us a new elite trying to justify itself with claims that it morally deserves what it has.

The feminist ‘social justice’ campaign first launched on Twitter against “manspreading” has made the male practice of sitting a little too comfortably in a public space into a criminal offense. The arrests that have resulted from this criminalization of public posture represent a fundamental attack upon our personal freedoms and on our own ability to govern ourselves in social situations without resorting to overarching laws and policing. John Stuart Mill’s Harm Principle has taken a modern, politically correct turn for the worse.

This also represents an attack on males, but even more so on White males, who have literally had their living spaces invaded and have been forced to squeeze aside for the ‘leg room’ of hordes of non-Whites.

THE GREAT ST. PADDY'S DAY RUMBLE

It started off innocently enough, with a Matt Damon quote used by Richard Spencer to extol the beauty and tragedy of America's former WASP elite in his article Kiss Me I'm WASP Why I Can't Stand St. Patrick's Day.

But, unfortunately, those of Irish descent – and other non-WASPs – in the Radix comment boards kicked off and started breaking the internet furniture over the tricky questions of White identity and whether St. Patrick’s Day was a celebration of the underdog and manifestation of the untermensch.

Disturbingly for Spencer, this little tiff, by showing the fractiousness of Whites over something as basic as identity, calls into question the vision of a grand White nationalism that Radix and NPI favours.
