HOLOCAUST AMNESIA DAY

| A young lady suffering from holocaust amnesia. |
I can't believe that it's crept up on me again: Today I discover that today is Holocaust Memorial Day, and I'm fresh out of onions!
My wall calendar has to get with the plan! It mentions Burns Night and Australia Day on either side but skips over Holocaust Memorial Day. The shame! Are haggis and Waltzing Matilda more important than the Chosen People?

REVIEW: THE GAS CHAMBER OF SHERLOCK HOLMES
By Samuel Crowell
Nine-Banded Books, 420 Pages
Reviewed by Matt Forney
The Holocaust is unique among historical events in that it’s the only one where questioning the official narrative is not allowed. You can speculate about what happened on the grassy knoll all day long, win a Pulitzer for denying the atrocities committed by the Soviet Union, and blame America for 9/11, but suggest that maybe, just maybe, the Germans weren’t cartoon villains bent on shoving every single Jew on Earth head-first into a smoldering oven and you suddenly become a naziwhowantstokillsixmillionjews. Being a Holocaust revisionist is illegal in many Western countries, and even in those where it is not, being tarred as a “denier” will almost certainly mean the end of your career and the ostracism of your peers.
Holocaust revisionism is lèse-majesté for the multicultural age.
APOLOGIZE MY ASS
As we saw in recent days with the case of Gary Oldman, the "apology police" never sleep. This article from last year gives an insider's eye-view of the process and why "sorry" really is the hardest word.
by David Cole
Food Network superstar Paula Deen is the latest celebrity to embark on an “apology tour,” spending the past ten days releasing apology videos and making weepy teary appearances on TV shows begging for mercy for having used racial epithets in the presence of her employees, one of whom is currently suing her. I don’t know the details of the case, and I don’t want to know. The lawsuit will be decided by a court, not by me (and not by you). But I do want to say that I‘m sick to death of people being forced to publicly apologize.
Perhaps it’s because I was one of those people.

PODCAST 14: DAVID COLE — DYING FOR THE HOLOCAUST
Andy and Colin are joined by David Cole to talk about his new book Republican Party Animal. Among the topics raised are his past life as a Holocaust revisionist, his faked death in 1998, his reinvention as David Stein, a Hollywood insider and Republican Party activist, and his recent “outing” by a disgruntled ex-girlfriend, which led him to write his book. Also under discussion are the pseudo-religious aspects of belief in the Holocaust and how it has become increasingly important as America has become a more diverse and fractured society.
WHEN IS A "HATE CRIME" NOT A "HATE CRIME"?

| These gentlemen may have perfectly legitimate economic grievances. Try to understand. |
Thanks to Leftists and Liberals, we have been blessed with the wonderful, comical, tautological, and Orwellian concept of "The Hate Crime."
Traditionally it has been associated with crimes of violence, but important research, now under way, is looking at the possibility of extending it on a permanent basis into other areas, such as writing, social media, conversation, and even our innermost thoughts. The results of this research still hang in the balance, so for the present it is still largely associated with acts of violence.
FIRST, THEY CAME FOR THE HOLOCAUST DENIERS...
With a sly, knowing wink to Martin Niemoller. What follows is a contemporary reworking of his famous dictum about life in Nazi Germany, as it might be spoken by a typical weasel-faced, mainstream American conservative establishment-lapdog, as a sort of soliloquy/confession uttered in an unguarded moment.

First, they came for the Holocaust deniers.
I didn’t have a problem with this at all. After all, as a mainstream American conservative, I pledge fealty to the state of Israel and obediently fetishize Jewish historical suffering as uniquely horrific. To compare the Jewish Holocaust to any other instance of mass murder is offensive to me, because (as I have been told, and as I quite unthinkingly repeat, good little goyboy that I am) to do so inexcusably trivializes the Shoah, making it seem like just another case of man’s inhumanity to man, which it certainly wasn’t, because… well, because that’s what I’ve been told! By whom, you ask? Well, by sources that are surely knowledgeable, sources that one doesn’t question if one knows what is good for one—and I, for one, surely do!
