I am not a White Nationalist.

I’m just not a spineless cuck who pisses his pants every time someone calls him a racist on Facebook. And I don’t let people who I have no respect for tell me who I’m allowed to support or call a friend.

Six years ago, before I ever spoke at an “Alt-Right” event or submitted an article to Alternative Right or Radix or Counter Currents, I wrote an essay titled, “Mighty White.” I stand by it to this day, and my views have changed very little over the years.

In a classic 1995 article for American Renaissance, Michael W. Masters defended the “morality of survival” against what he saw as the self-destructive universalism of the Western peoples, arguing that morality should instead be practiced according to an in-group/out-group distinction.

This position has clearly been inherited by many on the Alt-Right, who propose to solve the problem of white passivity in the face of dispossession by narrowing our moral horizons. In this view, universalist ideals drive whites to engage in indiscriminate altruism towards other peoples at the expense of their own kith and kin; thus, whites need to do their best to forget about moral standards that encompass the whole of humanity, and revert to the “morality of the tribe” in which altruism is restricted to one’s genetic in-group and enmity or indifference are shown to those outside it.

Unless you've grown so sick of the modern West's dysfunction that you've decided to completely tune out, then you're all undoubtedly aware of the rape wave that transpired in Cologne, Germany, on New Year's Eve. Understandably, those of us on the alt right are outraged by these attacks on German women. Colin Liddell has already written an excellent article on migrant rape, highlighting the many problems it poses for modern Western countries like Germany. However, what rankles me so much about this incident – just the tip of the iceberg as far as diversity related rapes in Europe are concerned – are the responses of various white elites and pundits, which range from lackluster to downright absurd.

Somehow I’m not surprised to see these South Asians beginning to use their wealth to buy political clout; what’s shocking is their naked tribalism which they make not even a token attempt to conceal. Indians and Pakistanis both fundraising for Hillary Clinton, and somehow I doubt it’s because they support radical feminism.

I have, in various contexts, remarked upon the tendency for alt-rightists of various stripes to fall for the propensity to needlessly align themselves with a “side” in some geopolitical struggle. Obama’s America sure ain’t groovy, so Putin’s Russia must therefore be the bee’s knees. Ukraine’s struggle for political independence is backed by George Soros and the CIA, so the legitimacy of the Kremlin-ordered invasion of the Crimea (and  apparent push, via proxy forces, to expand his dominion further inland) ought not be questioned in any way, and if you insist upon questioning it, you’re probably just an Obamabot shill who really needs to down a piping-hot cup of STFU. Bolshevism was a monstrous blight threatening the future of the Aryan race, so National Socialism had the proper duty to chop the heads off a bunch of morally sensitive college students who had the unforgivable temerity to hand out anti-government pamphlets urging passive resistance to tyranny. Dresden certainly wasn’t da bomb, so Belsen must therefore have been a gas… Et cetera and so forth.

You're a pastor of a church body with a massive congregation, one very influential in your community. You are respected, admired, even in many cases idolized, as a true man of God. But you did not enter your life's calling for the adulation; you are in fact completely sincere in your piety. The last thing you'd ever want to do is cause scandal for your flock. If any indiscretion on your part were discovered, the resultant damage to your own reputation would concern you significantly less than the disillusionment it might create among your parishioners.
