I enjoy watching the Youtuber Sargon of Akkad, and in truth prefer his content to most of the explicitly Alt-Right content on Youtube. This is because Sargon, while a far cry from the vibrant Middle-Easterner suggested by his name, does a job that most of us jaded Alt-Righters are unwilling (if not exactly unable) to do. He rakes through the arguments and actions of leftists, measures them against the abstract principles of democracy, non-racism and individual liberty, and explains over and over again just how far the Left is deviating from these principles.

KNOW THINE ENEMY: A COMPENDIUM OF WHITE LEFTIST TYPES

As a matter of anthropological study, I have compiled a brief summary of the types of white leftists one generally encounters today. While many other types may exist, I believe they can largely be described as versions or admixtures of these basic types.

In physical characteristics these types differ, however they tend to share certain bovine facial expressions, an earnest vapidity about the eyes. They are quick to anger (triggered) and generally unable to cope with truths that are socially awkward. I have tried to list them in order of danger, from least to greatest, with my choice of the seemingly banal 'incidental Marxist' as most dangerous due to his prevalence, and being largely unaware he is espousing Marxist ideas at all.

ALL THEY HAVE IS FEAR

Progressives use every man's natural fear of showing fear to manipulate him — inventing fake "phobias" and implying he is afraid of everything they want. But what men are truly afraid of are the legal, social and financial consequences associated with challenging the progressive agenda.

Progressives only have one good trick, and men keep falling for it.

They keep calling you a coward, so that you’ll do or say whatever they want to prove that you are not a coward.

If they want you to accept a group of outsiders, they call you a xenophobe to dismiss any rational concerns you might have about the motivations of strangers. The only way to prove you don’t have an irrational fear of foreigners is to welcome them with open arms and without questions.

If you question the sanity of a man who can’t be “who he really is” until someone surgically removes his dick, they call you a transphobe. The only way to prove you’re not afraid of trannies is to agree that transsexuals are not only sane, but heroic, and should be welcomed into any women’s restroom.

PALE PRIESTS, DARK FIGHTERS

I’ve spilled a number of pixels already on the political dynamic that’s been at work in some of the urban riots over the last year or two. My observations aren’t particularly unique on this topic, either.

One of the interesting dynamics at work is that many of the radial leftists in print, at websites, and on TV have tended to put more hopes into these protests than the facts themselves would warrant. Characters like Matt Bruenig, the rest of the staff at Gawker, the new staff at the New Republic, some choice Atlantic columnists, and others from more radical venues like Jacobin, have all downplayed some of their more characteristic cultural and economic issues for whatever grievance at the moment is being wailed about by the urban protest machine.

NO FRIENDS TO THE RIGHT, NO ENEMIES TO THE LEFT?

This article by Spencer Sunshine of Political Research Associates (led by “former” Stalinist Chip Berlet and funded by the Ford Foundation, representatives of the left-wing of capitalism) is well worth reading because it’s an excellent illustration of the pathology, paranoia, and hypocrisy that dominates the particular strand of the hard left that “Sunshine” represents.

This guy is specifically arguing that “progressives” (whatever that means) should exclude from their midst not only the “far right” (presumably everything from moderate conservatives to Nazis) but also anyone from the left, libertarians, “people of color,” presumably gays, LGBTs, etc. that do not toe the leftist party line, or who are judged guilty by association. Sunshine puts his cards on the table to a much greater degree than most leftists. This actually works to our advantage because he’s allowing the “totalitarian humanists” to be seen for what they really are. The implicit racial arrogance of white leftism is also exposed. This guy is essentially taking it upon himself to decide how minorities should go about being minorities, and what is an appropriate range or mode of thought for “people of color.” This is standard white leftist racial paternalism.

THE DEATH MORALITY OF THE LEFT

Leftists: self abnegating and selfish at the same time.

One of the chief characteristics of modernity is a departure from traditional morality, but merely deviating from such morality does not mean the abnegation of that morality, which is founded on eternal truths. Rather it is a form of negative affirmation of that morality. Therefore we should not be surprised that such deviation creates a strong sense of moral inferiority among those who choose that path, and thus impels a desperate need to offset it and reset the moral balance.

This simple psychological equation can be used to explain much of what we see in Leftism and why the extreme Left tends to attract the viler kinds of human being.

Thanks to Leftists and Liberals, we have been blessed with the wonderful, comical, tautological, and Orwellian concept of "The Hate Crime."

Traditionally it has been associated with crimes of violence, but important research, now under way, is looking at the possibility of extending it on a permanent basis into other areas, such as writing, social media, conversation, and even our innermost thoughts. The results of this research still hang in the balance, so for the present it is still largely associated with acts of violence.
