IS THE DEPLATFORMING OF ALEX JONES CONNECTED TO QANON, AND IF SO HOW?

by Duns Scotus

People are genuinely surprised by the deplatforming of Alex Jones. This is simply because it doesn't make sense.

Even the deplaforming of AltRight.com made sense on a kind of stretched logic:

PEOPLE AROUND THE WORLD MUST STOP INTERFERING IN THEIR "OWN" POLITICAL SYSTEMS

by Duns Scotus

Recently the Deep State, which runs America under a thin veneer of fake democracy that allows "the people" to put random 'pop icons' into the White House from where they are duly controlled, has been having a little trouble with the latest of these pop icons, namely Donald Trump.

THE MUELLER INDICTMENTS: DEEP STATE DESPERATION?

In a new video uploaded on his YouTube channel, Affirmative Right assistant editor Andy Nowicki discusses the beyond-suspicious timing of the US intelligence apparatus's indictment of certain accused Russian "agents" three days prior to a scheduled Trump-Putin summit in Helsinki, Finland.

A YEAR OF WHITE PILLS

by Brett Stevens
@alternative_right

As part of our podcast team, Everitt Foster suggested a theme for the present time: a year of white pills. If a red pill is waking up to the reality underneath the social construct of modern society, and a black pill is falling into depression, a white pill is seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

WILLIAMS BURROUGHS: AGENT AGAINST THE INTERZONE?

Bill Burroughs joins the Wild Boys at the Alt Right

I'm studying Bill Burroughs again, the Beat Generation's "Old Man of The Mountain" and gentleman of letters in post-war America. I have been ruminating on this for a few months and have decided to write a new essay for the restored Alternative Right, my first after the original got a free globalist helicopter ride after the events in Charlottesville. The 1984-type censorship that was on display there I found personally disturbing, not believing that they would actually dare to remove free speech and a certain political outlook from the internet.

Partially in response to this, I wanted to try out a new political take on William S. Burroughs, which I think is in order. Basically Old Bill was a Right-Wing double agent. My hermeneutic is that Burroughs was an agent working for the Right and those still in control of society—us fashy types and Conservatives—in the postwar 1950s and 60s, someone with an insider's take on the rising globalist elite and their international criminal conspiracies.

THE JEBBING! OF TRUMP

Trump came into politics as the “anti-Jeb!” the polar opposite of the “Next” Bush — a high energy guy who viewed America’s pointless wars and the Washington Swamp that generated them with deep disdain. He was also dismissive of the big business backsliding on trade and immigration that Jeb! encapsulated.

EYE ON THE RIGHT: OLIVER STONE'S "SNOWDEN"

The new Oliver Stone movie is here – and it’s good news for fans of his work and contemporary cinema. He’s back, top of his game – after about 20 years in a rough patch since his masterful Nixon. This is the best flick he has directed in decades. Less hyperbolic, more disciplined and nuanced. Overall very impressive. The subject matter, also. Edward Snowden and the vast surveillance program of the NSA, CIA, and others agencies is the topic – perfect for Stone.

(Firstly, I’d like to send a big shout out to all our pals at the National Security Agency and Central Intelligence Agency – as you seem to be monitoring everything (I guess including this review) – I hope you enjoy it. Cheers!)

YASUKUNI JINJA – THE MISUNDERSTOOD SHRINE TO JAPAN'S WAR DEAD

"I'm a Belieber" – Justin Bieber pays his respects.

by Colin Liddell

April is a big month in the calendar of Yasukuni, the shrine in downtown Tokyo dedicated to the souls of all those who have died in the service of the Japanese Emperors since the Meiji Revolution. It is therefore also a big month for making a fuss about the enshrinement of a group of men, who since the post-War trials carried out by the US occupation forces, have been called "war criminals."

Aside from the quaint notions that war should be some kind of sport played by gentlemen and that "war criminals" can only come from the losing side, Yasukuni Jinja never fails to create major misunderstandings between Japan and the West, misunderstandings that are quickly latched onto by interested parties in North East Asia who probably know a lot better.
