A TALE OF TWO COALITIONS
Meet Angela. She is a fusty, cantankerous, lonely old woman who smells vaguely of rotting cabbage. She has trouble making friends because she thinks everybody hates her, while hating people who want to make friends with her. The only thing she loves are her Third World pets, but of course they despise her the most.

BERLIN: Chancellor Angela Merkel put on a brave face (let's face it any face would be better than her own) and said that she is "still optimistic" about the chances of creating a "Frankenstein coalition" composed of completely disparate parties, after an initial round of talks completely failed to produce positive results.
Following the September 24 election, which deeply dented the power of Merkel's ruling Christian Democratic Union and gave the nationalist Alternative fur Deutschland a large number of seats, the Chancellor has been struggling to put together a coalition with the Greens and the Free Democrats.

THE GENIUS OF MERKEL IS THE USEFUL IDIOT OF GERMAN NATIONALISM
The central question of German politics since 1945 was always: “How will nationalism make its comeback to the German political mainstream?” Like a good suspense novel the German political system kept us guessing for a long time and even threw in a few political red herrings.
- Would the Cold War see a form of German nationalism revived as a counterpoint to the militarism of the Soviet Union? Some of the scenes from the 1965 movie Battle of the Bulge clearly hinted at this.
- Would Helmut Kohl’s 1990 reunification of east and west lead to a less cucked Fatherland that wasn’t scared of its own historical shadow?
- Would the NPD be able to brush off its rough edges and overcome infiltrators from the security services to edge out of its East German ghettos?
- And what about Pegida?
There was plenty to keep us guessing. All these narratives caught our attention for a while, only to reveal themselves as entertaining distractions. But, finally, with the results of Sunday’s election we were given our answer – the true German post-war miracle, the return of a nationalist party, with some caveats, to mainstream German politics was down to the machinations of Germany’s most brilliant and scheming politician of the last 20 years, Angela Merkel.

The problem with having free speech taboos is that sooner or later you are forced to back them up with Draconian laws that stifle all speech. This process is now well underway in the increasingly dysfunctional German state where, on Friday (19th May), new censorship legislation passed its first reading in the German parliament.

HOW TO WIN BY REFUSING TO SAY SORRY
Despite the best efforts of Western elites to morally browbeat Hungary into accepting Syrian refugees, the obstinate Eastern European nation refuses to budge. Hungarian prime minister Viktor Orban – with the enthusiastic support of his people – has steadfastly refused to bow down to Germany’s “moral imperialism” and accept Angela Merkel’s refugee quotas. Insisting that Hungary lacks the resources and cultural infrastructure to accommodate thousands of outsiders, Orban’s spokesman then cited the failure of Western multiculturalism as reason to seal Hungary’s borders.

An eerie, frightening expectancy pervades the air as if something terrible is going to happen. Obtuse and naïve people think 'migration' is finite, but it's an ongoing process with our replacement as the aim. This will not be painless yet governments encourage us to think so. On 22 August 1998, the newspaper Asharq Al-Awsat quoted Omar Bakri: "I work here in accordance with the covenant of peace which I made with the British government when I got [political] asylum." This covenant allowed Muslim extremists to plan attacks abroad and develop terror networks here. In 1999 it was reported that each year around 2,000 Muslims were trained in Holy War at camps in Britain run by Bakri's organisation al-Muhajiroun.
In Birmingham and London trainees were taught hand-to-hand combat and survival skills. For military training they went to Yemen and Afghanistan. After the London bombings, The Times reported that "a dozen members" of Al-Muhajiroun "have taken part in suicide bombings or have become close to Al-Qaeda and its support network". In January 2007 Bakri revealed that Islamist extremists were infiltrating the police and other public sector organisations. The Daily Mail exposed eight members of al-Qaeda in the Metropolitan Police. How do our elites miss this? Or is it actually something they want?

Nowadays, when the US marines are lowering standards so that women can "serve" in the front line (and thus speeding the day when wars are entirely fought by drones), we are all supposed to be gender blind and not notice whether this or that position is occupied by a woman, unless of course they are blaming their failures on "sexism" or invisible sex-selective carapaces that limit their otherwise inevitable upper movement. But, no matter how hard leftists try, gender is not about to go away, and at the highest political level it is worth considering how it impacts on events.

My name is Götz Kubitschek, it is my honour to speak to you tonight, and before answering the question for what we have been demonstrating tonight I want to stress three points:
What we are doing tonight is something perfectly normal. We are worried about our homeland's future, and we take to the streets because parliaments and editorial offices do not care about our worries.
