SWARM INTELLIGENCE > EVIL ELITES

Audio Version

Intelligence ≠ intelligent
by Duns Scotus

Why did Left-wing ideology defeat Right-wing ideology in the 19th and 20th centuries?

This is a multifaceted question that leads in many directions, but essentially it was because Left-wing ideology had a more approximately correct answer to how the world worked than Right-wing ideology.

This was, by and large, accidental and based on Leftism's need to escape judgementalism. The Right-wing, by contrast, was all about finding "the guilty" and punishing them in some way, in order to improve performance. This focus on atomised agency over patterns essentially created a false view of how the World works.

These inherent tendencies pushed both ideologies in different directions.

The Left became focused on impersonal forces, putting its faith in mass, class-based processes.

Occasionally this was polluted by some of its more populist elements (the Bolsheviks, the Nazis, the Wokeristas) with Right-wing judgementalism, in which case a particular group was selected to be seen as inherently evil. Through its ability to absorb such elements of Rightism, Leftism attained a higher position in the dialectic of ideology, thus becoming dominant.

The Right-wing then entered a phase, evident first in the Paleoconservative movement and then more blatantly in the Alt-Right, when it subsumed Leftist collectivism and evolved its own matching synthesis. There were two sides to this collectivism -- positive collectivism and negative collectivism, namely an "Us-ism" and a "Them-ism."

The Jew-obsessed element in the Alt-Right, overwhelmingly made up of submasculines and subwhites, saw this as a Goyim vs. Jewish thing (yawn!), with the Jews as the "evil elites" pushing down their "victim class" despite plenty of evidence to the contrary

But even the non-race-obsessed Right-wing started to see things in similar terms. The world was in a mess simply because of evil elites, a group often referred to as "They" or "Them." This is generally not dogwhistling, with "They" secretly meaning "Jews," but instead a sincere belief by people struggling to understand the world that evil elites (variously defined as globalists, pedos, freemasons, "Deep Staters," Kalergiists, lizard people, elite Jews, etc., or various combinations of the former) secretly run everything.

The pandemic and the measures to counter this new form of flu, along with Trump's unsuccessful attempt to "drain the swamp" and the apparent "Deep State" response to him, have turbo-charged this tendency and practically normalised it.

But the tendency is nevertheless wrong.

Rather than evil elites in charge of the world, choreographing each move that happens, what we are seeing is the action of blind swarm intelligence, which rather than the retarded view of the Right has a passing resemblance to the impersonal processes favoured by Leftism.

Wiki defines Swarm Intelligence as follows:
Swarm intelligence (SI) is the collective behavior of decentralized, self-organized systems, natural or artificial. The concept is employed in work on artificial intelligence. The expression was introduced by Gerardo Beni and Jing Wang in 1989, in the context of cellular robotic systems.

SI systems consist typically of a population of simple agents or boids interacting locally with one another and with their environment. The inspiration often comes from nature, especially biological systems. The agents follow very simple rules, and although there is no centralized control structure dictating how individual agents should behave, local, and to a certain degree random, interactions between such agents lead to the emergence of "intelligent" global behavior, unknown to the individual agents. Examples of swarm intelligence in natural systems include ant colonies, bee colonies, bird flocking, hawks hunting, animal herding, bacterial growth, fish schooling and microbial intelligence.
Humans are little more than two legged bees, flightless birds, or fin-less fish. They too have their collective patterns, herd behaviour, and hive minds. The obviousness of this truth is simply hidden by being refracted through more complex social, economic, and identitarian systems.

But it's also important to say what Swarm Intelligence isn't.

Firstly, it doesn't mean that all members of the Swarm are equal. They clearly aren't. In fact, in the human swarm, those at the top may have even more influence than certain queen bees.

Secondly, Swarm Intelligence, despite the name, isn't necessarily intelligent.

As so often happens, a swarm of bees may choose to build their hive in the wrong barn and suffer a horrific fate. Or else a school of whales may collectively decide to follow their "alpha whales" to their doom in the shallows.

Indeed, the obviously self-destructive trends in the West are the best proof that we are ruled by a blind and dysfunctional swarm intelligence because even evil elites would not be destroying us at the pace that we are currently destroying ourselves at.
