Here at the Affirmative Right, affirmation means to affirm what is strong, good, and right. So sick is our society that this needs to be said and done.
The Leftist use of the term "affirmative" by contrast is to postulate some perverse notion of universal equality and then to "firm up" anything that is lower and stamp down anything that is higher, while also centralising all the power.

Public sector jobs are a prime vehicle for "lifting up" those "less employed" demographics in our vibrant societies, but this can also create problems, as police work can be quite demanding.
I notice therefore that Mickaël H, as well as his female superior, were both given office jobs, where the consequences of failure would not normally be life-threatening. You could even say that pushing paper around the police's IT department was a cushy and undemanding job. I mention this as one narrative I have seen is trying to tie this incident into the terrible pressures on France's police dealing with Islamist "No Go" Zones as well as the White man's own attempt to take back the streets, the Yellow Vests.
Yes, those involved in this case were not long-suffering White male policeman on the front-line, but still they managed to create a situation that exploded into a bloodbath!
What was the nature of the "long-running problems with his superior"? We will probably never know, although I would guess there was a degree of incompetence or laziness on the part of one and shrewish, feminist-fuelled power-tripping on the part of the other.
I would also speculate that being brought into the "implicitly White" world of a cushy office job in central Paris did little to assuage Mickaël H's feeling of not fitting in and even inferiority, leading him to shore up his self esteem by adopting Islam, which Guillaume Faye in his final book "Ethnic Apocalypse" describes as "an essentially racial banner."
After the White man has offered you a cushy job in order to get you to play along with the multicultural society, the way to maximise your power is to take the job but not play along, and the best way to do this is to assume the implicitly and often explicitly anti-European identity of Islam, knowing full well that to openly attack you for this exposes them to their own multicultural morality.
The same can be said for affirmative action aimed at females promoted above their competence, who then feel driven to use the toxic ideology of feminism to shore up their unnatural positions.

Three officers and an administrative assistant were stabbed to death at Paris police headquarters by an employee who went on a rampage after evading security with a ceramic knife.The assailant was also a Black man born in the French Caribbean overseas department of Martinique.
The 45-year old, named by local media as Mickaël H, had worked for 20 years in the IT department of the police intelligence section in offices in Paris’ central île de la Cité, a stone’s throw from Notre Dame cathedral.
