For example, would "nationalism for everyone" even work when some groups are still struggling with the tribal stage? I think not – and then what do you do when all those areas revert back to rainforests/savannah and the Chinese move in?
The paradoxical nature of many of the vast issues that the Dissident Right concerns itself with – the destiny of man, the spiritual vacuum of modernity, the nature of morality – is also the reason that normie politics sticks to the relatively unchallenging minutiae of tax codes, welfare benefits, and drone strikes.
By dealing in eternal problems and infinite solutions, we have invoked the great pagan formlessness of the cosmos – and its power (praise be to Kek!) – and this is a good thing at a time like this, when the would-be leaders and subverters of the Alt-Right have been roused by the spotlight glare of Hillary's Reno speech to define and nail down just what exactly this thing called the Alt-Right is. What the Alt-Right is and what animates it is hard to put in a box – a nice analogy of its deathless vitality – or to tie to a policy wagon, and this is ultimately a good thing.
Greg Johnson, with his prissy and brittle logic, has erred into an over-emphasis on one of the unmistakable strands or updrafts of the movement – White Nationalism. This is all fine and well, but puts me in mind of the concept presented in Eugen Herrigel's excellent book Zen and the Art of Archery that aiming too hard leads one to miss the mark. White nationalism is a vital part of what the Alt-Right is and aims at, but overly emphatic and reductionist emphasis on it tends to invoke the past of failed White Nationalisms of the 1990s rather than something less precise but more hopeful for the future. The Alt-Right is a lesson in how some metals become stronger by being subtly alloyed.
(((Andrew Anglin))) (someone who has successfully latched onto the Alt-Right but is not "of it" in the same way that a tapeworm is not part of the digestive tract of a mammal) has literally invoked the unthinking "hive mind." Not that the Daily Stormtard, with its failed 90s White Nationalism schtick, encourages actual thinking at the best of times. In a clearly derisory article, unthinkingly given exactly the same title as one of Colin Liddell's excellent articles, Anglin writes:

But whatever grand manifesto of bullet points one cares to come up with from the "Grand Central Committee of me-and-my-opinions," we should be careful not to try to condense and crystallize the potent gas that is the Alt-Right. The problem with all these petty manifestos and reductionist equations is that they take something that is naturally turbulent, fuzzy, nebulous, and synergetic and try to make it obvious, pat, and static.
Analogies from contemporary art or whodunits apply: once art critics break the artistic code and put an artist in a box with a label on it, his work loses a lot of its power to make plutocrats pay up; once we know who the villain in a potboiler is, why bother turning the next page? Nailing things down, clarifying them, is also a way of killing them. The butterfly with its name written clearly in Latin is a dead butterfly.
Zen, the battle strategy of Napoleon Bonaparte, and even the Ark of Covenant have one or two pointed lessons about a potency of imprecision, obliqueness, and vacuity at the center—at least until the moment of decision! The sooner they get us to nail everything down, the sooner they'll have a clichéd, unmoving target – a virtual piñata – to bash and then "Game Over."
The most pertinent thing I have read in the aftermath of the Hillary speech was Heartiste’s "Why The Alt-Right Is Kicking Ass And Taking Names." It is just one of those articles that just rings true. In it, Heartiste cites Robert Greene's "power laws." The two that made the most sense were Law 17 and Law 48, which make more sense in inverted order:
A WWII analogy: Hitler was victorious as long as his enemies were surprised by his point of attack (Norway, Ardennes, the Eastern Front), and defeated when his point of attack became too obvious (Moscow, Stalingrad). Telling the enemy who we are, and laying out clear and precise principles (carefully budgeted and time-tabled down to each railway car or repatriation boat), is not too bright because the future is nebulous and ever-changing.
Also, the very uncertainty at the heart of the Alt-Right is what generates the energy that drives it, rather like a psychic version of a cyclone. Most of us in it instinctively know what the Alt-Right is all about, and each one of us takes a little bit of our selves – or in the case of buffoons a lot of ourselves – and our hang-ups and mixes that in.
Rather than a codified movement and the work of subcommittees, the Alt-Right is a perception and an attitude. It is a correction of the abuse of the Left, and a refusal to be cowed by the taboo terminology of "racism" and "sexism." This is then turbocharged by inspirations, interests, and ideas that are not so much legitimate as shitting all over the quaint notion that mere words like "legitimate," "acceptable," or "politically correct" should stand in the way of vital human processes.
The Alt-Right is a cry from the heart of the world to the centre or the heavens, from the soul of European man, who, among all the races, best combines the passion and intelligence necessary to raise the roof.
Prediction: what the Alt-Right is and is now doing won’t fit into any autistic little schemata or zombie hive mind anytime soon, and if it does then it will die before it can be killed by our enemies. So, next time you see a petty manifesto being pushed, trying to push the chaotic and productive energy of the Alt-Right into a nutshell, remember that the Alt-Right is the ultimate freedom – the freedom to think, and even think the "unthinkable."

Law 48: Assume Formlessness
By taking a shape, by having a visible plan, you open yourself to attack. Instead of taking a form for your enemy to grasp keep yourself adaptable and on the move. Accept the fact that nothing is certain and no law is fixed. The best way to protect yourself is to be as fluid and formless as water; never bet on stability or lasting order. Everything changes.

Humans are creatures of habit with an insatiable need to see familiarity in other people’s actions. Your predictability gives them a sense of control. Turn the tables: Be deliberately unpredictable. Taken to an extreme, this strategy can intimidate and terrorize.
