The "Kalergi Plan" is one of the lies on which the Neo-Nazi view of the World rests. The fact is Kalergi was a right-winger who believed strongly in European civilisation and even a colonial and racial hierarchy. This excerpt from his book Practical Idealism contains the "infamous" words that Nazitards and shills constantly quote and distort in order to pretend that he was at the center of long-running global conspiracy to create a bastardised, easy-to-control "mongrel" race.

Usually the rustic man is an inbred product, the urban man is a mixed breed. The peasant's parents and forefathers usually come from the same, sparsely populated area; of the nobleman from the same thin upper class. In both cases, the ancestors are related by blood and therefore mostly physically, psychologically, and spiritually similar to one another.
As a result, they pass on their common traits, volitional tendencies, passions, prejudices, and inhibitions in an increased degree to their children and offspring. The traits that result from this inbreeding are: loyalty, piety, sense of family, caste spirit, constancy, stubbornness, energy, narrowness; power of prejudice, lack of objectivity, and a narrowness of outlook. Here a generation is not a variation of the previous one, but simply a repetition of it: instead of development, there is preservation.
In the big city, peoples, races, and classes meet. As a rule, the urban person is a hybrid of a wide variety of social and national elements. In him the opposing character traits, prejudices, inhibitions, volitional tendencies, and world views of his parents and forefathers cancel out or at least weaken each other.
The result is that half-breeds often combine a lack of character, a lack of restraint, weak will, instability, irreverence, and faithlessness with objectivity, versatility, mental agility, freedom from prejudices, and a wider outlook.
Mixed race people always differ from their parents and ancestors; each generation is a variation of the previous one, either in terms of evolution or degeneration. The inbred person is a single soul person - the mixed breed person a multi-soul person. In every individual his ancestors live on as elements of his soul: if they resemble one another, it is uniform; if they diverge, the man is diverse, complicated, and differentiated.
The greatness of a mind lies in its extent, that is, in its ability to grasp and encompass everything; the greatness of a character lies in its intensity; that is in its ability to be strong, focused, and consistent. So, in a sense, wisdom and drive are contradictions.
The more pronounced the ability and inclination of a person to see things, as a wise man, from all sides and to take various standpoints without prejudice, the weaker is his will-impulse to act safely in a certain direction. This is because every motive is opposed by counter-motives and skepticism of every belief and every act, leading to a sense of a cosmic lack of meaning.
Only the limited, one-sided person can be truly active. But this is not just in an unconscious and naive sense: there is also a heroic limited type. This type includes all truly great men of action. At times he voluntarily switches off all sides of his being, except for the one that determines his deed.
He can be objective, critical, skeptical, and deliberate before or after his act, but during the act he is subjective, believing, one-sided, and unjust. Wisdom inhibits energy - energy denies wisdom. The strongest will is ineffective when it is directionless, while even a weak will has the greatest effect when it is one-sided.
There is no life of action without injustice, error, or guilt: whoever is afraid to wear this odium, remains in the realm of thought, contemplation, passivity. Truthful people are always silent because every assertion is, in a certain sense, a lie. Just people are always inactive: because every act is, in a certain sense, injustice. But it is braver to speak at the risk of lying; to act at the risk of doing wrong. Inbreeding strengthens character and weakens the mind, while crossbreeding weakens character, but strengthens the spirit.
Where inbreeding and crossbreeding meet under auspicious conditions, they produce the highest human type, the strongest character with the sharpest spirit. Where inbreeding and mixing meet under unfortunate conditions, they create types of degeneration with a weak character and a dull spirit.
The man of the distant future will be a half-breed. Today's races and castes will increasingly fall victim to the overcoming of space, time and prejudice. The future Eurasian-Negroid race, outwardly similar to the ancient Egyptian, will replace the diversity of peoples with a diversity of individual personalities. For, according to the laws of inheritance, with the difference of [types of] ancestors the difference [of personality types] increases; with the uniformity of ancestors the uniformity of the offspring increases.
In inbred families, one child is the same as the other: because they all represent the same family type. In mixed-race families, the children differ from one another more strongly: each forms a novel variation of the divergent parental and pre-parental elements.
Inbreeding creates characteristic types, while crossbreeding creates original personalities.
The forerunner of the planetary man of the future in modern Europe is the Russian as a Slavic-Tatar-Finnish hybrid; because he has the least [concentration of] race among all European peoples, he is the typical multi-soul man with the wide, rich, all-embracing soul. His strongest antipode is the insular Briton, the highly-bred one-soul man whose strength lies in character, in will, in one-sidedness, in typicalness. Modern Europe owes to him the most closed, perfect type: the gentleman.
