As is already well-known among our readership, this site, which "back in the day" was actually the founding site of the Alt-Right, is now extremely Alt-Right critical.
The problem in essence is this: Western civilisational decline needs a strong, non-Leftist critique, but, thanks to the mistakes made by those who hijacked the Alt-Right, this is now extremely difficult to mount, if not impossible.
In fact anyone attempting to do so is subject to all sorts of dangers—doxxing, deplatforming, demonetization, and worse—because the Alt-Right has been successfully subverted and undermined by its internal and external enemies. It is a toxic mess.
In fact, this is what the Affirmative Right, in essence, is: a recognition of this fact and a commitment to directly counter these destructive processes in an attempt to restore an effective radical right critique of Western decline.
The Rump Alt-Right, by contrast, has been completely "Daily Stormerised" throughout its entire corpus, and in the process has effectively become a ludicrous hybrid that is half parrot and half hamster wheel. This term "Daily Stormerised," as well as the parrot/hamster wheel analogy, is used with a precise meaning. The Stormer's modus operandi was (remember?) to tirelessly position itself within the ever-turning news cycle, like a hamster on crack, while using this topicality to boost its repetitive and relentless message of a Semitic Panotheory.
This is exactly what almost all Rump Alt-Righters do in microcosm. Instead of taking a big picture view, doing deep dives, and developing effective critiques of Western decline, they merely latch onto some piece of transitory news or a viral video (often of some interracial violence) that can be lazily disseminated through social media—or more commonly their own echo chamber). This is then "spun" to promote either the Rump Alt-Right's peculiar variety of Jewish Supremacism or else a narrative of White victimhood and inferiority. (Needless to say, a by-product of this rather tawdry process is that the networks of dissemination are effectively degraded, as it empowers greater on-line shadow-banning and censorship.)
Exactly the same technique is used with disembodied and decontextualised fragments of history—carefully selected, of course—that can then be spun to serve the same purpose. Any historical nugget in which Jews can be plausibly presented as the villains, or where Whites were harmed by another racial group are picked up, amplified out of all proportion, and used in exactly the same way as the bits of news mentioned earlier.
Out of millions of historical events and actors, the "usual suspects" come up again and again: the Holodomor, the bombing of Dresden, the Soviet functionary who carried out the shooting of the Czar and his family, the supposedly "unprovoked" massacre of Whites in Haiti by Black ex-slaves, etc., etc.
No context or nuance is attempted—or indeed encouraged by the medium itself. Instead a dehumanising, visceral response is all that is sought.
None of these "news factoids" or "historical memeoids"—or whatever we choose call them—mean quite what the Rump Alt-Righter seems to think they mean. In these pages we have already discredited the notion that the events of the Russian Revolution and Soviet Union were largely attributable to Jews, as well as the Alt-Right's attempt to grant Dresden special victim status. As for the Haiti massacre of Whites, that came on the back of a Napoleonic attempt to violently reimpose slavery.
No matter what one's racial biases may be, we could well ask what exactly is the appropriate response when a violent foreigner invader is trying to enslave you and your kind? This is not to excuse it, but merely to highlight how the Rump Alt-Right cheapens everything it touches.
So, why does the Rump Alt-Righter (RARer) follow this pointless path? If it was an effective strategy there would perhaps be some justification for it, but there clearly isn't. The average RARer is a truly pathetic creature, trapped on his social media/ news cycle hamster wheel, perpetually parroting his fellow RARer's tweeting points, all the while giving the Left and Big Tech exactly the ammunition they need to impose Gatekeeper strategies.
The possibility that the whole mess is a "controlled demolition" should not be discounted. But also the self-ghettoisation that the RARer pursues has its own sick rewards.
In order to change the world, the dissident must ultimately reach out to the normie and make his case on its merits, both as a person and as a moral argument. But while this strengthens the dissident's relevance, it also dilutes the automatic and lazy camaraderie that subsists between the truly alienated.
When you are both isolated social freaks, that single point of similarity is enough to create the simulacrum of sympathy and the illusion of ideological inclusion. For many in the Rump Alt-Right this covers a multitude of sins. That is what spins the hamster wheel of the ever-tweeting Rump Alt-Righter; that is why the caged parrot sings.
