The latest UK opinion poll I could find puts the Conservative Party well ahead of its rivals on 38%. Labour has 31%, the Lib-Dems 15% and the Brexit Party 9%. On these figures the Conservatives and Prime Minister Boris Johnson will win by a landslide under Britain's relatively undemocratic "first-past-the-post" system, which strongly favours the top party.
Furthermore, most of the 9% of support for the Brexit Party is likely to collapse into the Tory vote on election day. Even though BP supporters want a "No Deal" Brexit, they will be more than happy to get Boris's Brexit deal instead of no Brexit at all.
The same can't be said for the other parties. The Lib Dem vote will hold up and may even take a few points off Labour. In fact my predictions for polling day are as follows:
Conservatives 44%
Labour 30%
Lib Dems 17%
Brexit Party 3%
This will provide Johnson with a massive Parliamentary majority, in fact bigger than anything Margaret Thatcher ever had.
However, the Left has a plan to spoil Boris's party, based on the fact that his parliamentary seat is Uxbridge and South Ruislip on the Western end of Remain-supporting London, where he has a relatively modest majority of 5,034 votes.
At the last election the votes were as follows:
Boris Johnson (Conservative) 23,716
Vincent Lo (Labour) 18,682
Rosina Robson (Lib Dem) 1,835
Lizzy Kemp (UKIP) 1,577
Mark Keir (Green) 884
Not very tight but Johnson is still within range of a strong local election campaign. Because of this, the Left plans to flood the constituency with activists and campaign night and day to get the Labour candidate Ali Milani, a 25-year-old Iranian-born immigrant, elected.
Here is a campaign poster for this "political guerrilla" campaign, featuring the candidate and gay Labour activist Owen Jones. Also some Asian woman.
In fact, this Leftist attempt to decapitate the Tory Party is a crude echo of a tasteless incident that happened at the recent Mercury Music Prize ceremony (top image), where a rapper by the name of Slowthai held up a model of Boris Johnson’s severed head as he performed. Yes, just as Kathy Griffin once held up a head of Trump.
As reported by the Independent:
But in this symbolism we see the sheer hatred and inherent violence of the Leftist establishment, excited into a sick blood lust by the rise of the populist right, which is how they view people like Trump and Johnson. The attempt to unseat Boris in his own seat while losing the rest of the election is merely the political manifestation of this dysfunctional Leftist hatred.
Anyway assuming the Left pulled off this coup, it would of course ruin Johnson's victory celebrations, but it would only be a symbolic victory. Johnson would still remain leader of the Conservative Party, which in all likelihood will have an enormous majority. Also, he would soon return to Parliament, probably through a Conservative MP in a safe seat stepping down, causing a by-election in which he would be returned. But the Left don't see that as they continue to view the world through a lens of pure hatred.

The 24-year-old shouted: “F*** Boris Johnson! F*** everything! And there ain’t nothing Great about Britain!” – a reference to the name of his award-nominated album ‘Nothing Great About Britain’.Yes, the sort of thing that any right-winger would probably be shot for is smiled on benignly as a bit of fun and a nice way to make a little money.
The audience at the Eventim Apollo in London gave the artist - real name Tyron Kymone Frampton – rapturous applause as he left the stage with the head, following his performance of ‘Doorman’.
Awards host Lauren Laverne then addressed them, saying: “Slowthai, with his own views there.”
The artist’s Instagram account later posted a photo of him posing with the faux severed head in a “F*** Boris” T-shirt, which he’s now selling on his online store.
